Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable (adjust if you want different rules).

To start a return:
Please contact our customer support team at support@golfn.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your item for the refund to be processed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
