Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable (adjust if you want different rules).
To start a return:
Please contact our customer support team at support@golfn.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your item for the refund to be processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
